Ever dream of being a power mogul? Now's your chance! In Power Grid, players compete to build the best network of power lines and stations, choosing which cities to supply and what sources of power to use.
This is the new and improved (rules and graphics!) edition of Funkenschlag from Friedemann Friese. The original game received rave reviews and this newly-released version is no different.
There is very little luck in this game; it's all about managing economics. How much are you willing to spend to increase production this round? Is it worth it to expand your power network this round or should you save your cash for the next when you might better afford to power all the cities in your network? And should you supply all the cities in your network with power or should you conserve resources and wait for the price to come down?
This game is fast becoming a new family favorite.
