DVONN is an abstract game played on an elongated board that resembles a patch of sand.
Players take turns placing first the DVONN pieces on the board and then their own.
Once all of the pieces have been placed, players begin stacking pieces in an effort to out-maneuver and out-score their opponent. Stacks must be linked to the red DVONN pieces or they are out of the game. Whoever ends up with the highest stack at the end of the game wins.
